Welcome to SkillsUp, a platform by CODE4UTECH CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD.. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services Offered

SkillsUp provides tools for identifying and rewarding top talent, offering upskilling opportunities, hosting contests, and facilitating Training programs. Our services include:

• Paid online assessments for skill evaluation.
• Free training programs for eligible candidates.
• Training opportunities for candidates who meet the required criteria.
• Free contests with prizes and job offers.
• Certification for successfully completing training.

SkillsUp is also available for our employees at no cost, allowing them to choose any program and attend training sessions freely.

2. Paid Assessments

To qualify for our training and Training programs, users may need to take an initial assessment by paying a nominal fee (₹49). This fee covers administrative costs and helps filter out only genuinely interested candidates, allowing us to focus on upskilling efforts. Candidates who pass the assessment (75% or above) receive free training and a training completion certificate. After training, candidates must take another free test (80% passing requirement) to be eligible for our Internships.

Process for the Training & Internship Program:

• Apply for the training program.
• Pay 49 INR as an administrative fee.
• Take the eligibility test (must score 75% or higher).
• Attend training sessions and complete the program.
• Receive a training completion certificate.
• Take another test (must score 80% or higher) to qualify for the internship program.
• Pass a basic interview round for final selection.

Direct Internship Application Option:

• If you do not wish to enroll in the training program, you can apply directly for the internship.
• If selected, you must take the test (80% passing score) and a basic interview round for final selection.

3. Training Eligibility & Interview

After completing the free training program, candidates can apply for an Internships with CODE4UTECH CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. They will go through a basic interview round to assess their suitability for the Internships role.

4. Accessibility for All

We believe in equal opportunity. If any candidate is unable to pay the assessment fee but is interested in joining, they can apply for a fee waiver and proceed with the test for free.

5. Free Contests & Rewards

Our platform hosts contests that are completely free to participate in. Winners may receive cash prizes, gifts, or an offer to join CODE4UTECH CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD.

6. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must report it immediately.

7. Refund Policy

The ₹49 assessment fee is non-refundable, as it covers administrative and assessment costs. However, users may retake the test at no additional charge if they fail.

8. Compliance & Legality

Charging a nominal fee for assessments does not violate any compliance regulations, as it is intended to ensure the commitment of applicants. We also provide multiple free opportunities such as training, contests, and fee waivers to ensure fairness and accessibility.

9. Content Ownership

All content on SkillsUp, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and assessments, is owned by CODE4UTECH CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms, engages in misconduct, or misuses the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

CODE4UTECH CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or platform notification.

Additionally, please note:

• We do not provide jobs in exchange for fees.
• Candidates are allowed only two attempts to pass the eligibility test with a minimum score of 75%.
• Our training program is designed to align with company work, providing candidates with skills to work as an intern in our company.
• The 49 INR fee covers administrative costs and helps filter out genuinely interested candidates, allowing us to focus on upskilling efforts.
• We never charge extra for training certification or any additional fees.
• The test will be conducted online, and results will be declared immediately after completion.

13. Training & Internship Program

SkillsUp by CODE4UTECH is a skill development, assessment, and internship readiness platform. Participation in any assessment, training program, internship evaluation, or related activity does not guarantee selection, internship placement, employment, stipend, certification, or future opportunities.

Selection for training and internship programs is based on eligibility criteria, assessment scores, performance, attendance, interview results, candidate conduct, and available positions.

CODE4UTECH reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel any assessment, training, internship program, or related activity without prior notice.

14. Assessment Fee

A nominal Assessment & Administrative Fee may be charged for specific assessments to support platform operations, assessment management, candidate verification, administrative processing, and to encourage genuine participation.

Payment of any fee does not guarantee:

• Training admission
• Internship selection
• Employment opportunities
• Job placement
• Stipend
• Certification
• Future engagement with the company

The fee is not a payment for employment, placement services, or guaranteed internship opportunities.

15. Training Program

Training programs may be delivered online, offline, hybrid, recorded, or live depending on operational requirements.

Participants are expected to maintain attendance, complete assigned tasks, and comply with all training guidelines.

CODE4UTECH reserves the right to remove participants from the training program due to misconduct, misuse of platform resources, violation of policies, or failure to meet program requirements.

16. Internship Selection

Completion of training does not automatically result in internship selection.

Internship opportunities are subject to:

• Assessment performance
• Training completion
• Candidate evaluation
• Interview performance
• Project requirements
• Seat availability
• Business requirements

The company's decision regarding selection shall be final.

17. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, documents, assessments, code samples, presentations, articles, blogs, graphics, and educational content available on SkillsUp remain the intellectual property of CODE4UTECH or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, recording, downloading, or commercial use is prohibited.

18. Advertising & Third-Party Services

To support platform operations and provide certain free services, SkillsUp may display advertisements through advertising partners, including but not limited to:

• Google Ads
• Google AdSense
• Meta Advertising Network
• Third-party advertising providers

Users acknowledge that advertisements may appear on various pages of the platform including blogs, learning resources, study materials, and informational content.

CODE4UTECH is not responsible for products, services, or content provided by third-party advertisers.

19. Disclaimer

No Employment Guarantee

SkillsUp is a training, assessment, and skill development platform.

Participation in assessments, training sessions, interviews, workshops, certifications, or internship evaluations does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Placement
• Internship
• Stipend
• Future opportunities
• Selection by CODE4UTECH

All opportunities are merit-based and subject to business requirements.

Educational Purpose

Training materials, assessments, blogs, articles, tutorials, videos, and learning resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Users should independently verify information before making professional, academic, financial, or career-related decisions.

Advertisement Disclaimer

This platform may contain advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, or third-party promotional materials.

The presence of advertisements does not constitute endorsement by CODE4UTECH.

Users engage with third-party websites and services at their own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

CODE4UTECH shall not be liable for:

• Failure to secure internship selection
• Failure to obtain employment

• Technical interruptions
• Third-party service failures
• User-generated content
• Decisions made based on platform content
